The install is included. You pay for the system, not the labor.

Under $100 a month

Financing gets most homeowners into a system at that level.

Family owned

A local Phoenix crew, not a national call center.

THE WATER

You are not imagining it.

A clear glass of filtered drinking water

14 to 19

grains per gallon of hardness in Maricopa County tap water.

10

the level where water is officially called very hard.

4

the national average.

Phoenix is ranked among the hardest water cities in the United States.

THE PROOF

You already know if you have hard water.

Every one of these is scale doing its work. Most Phoenix homeowners recognize at least four.

White spots on glasses straight out of the dishwasher

Crusty buildup on faucets and shower heads

Soap that never quite rinses off your skin

Dry, itchy skin and flat, brittle hair

Towels that come out of the wash stiff

A water heater that is louder than it used to be

Chlorine smell or taste at the kitchen tap

Bottled water on the grocery list every week

THE DAMAGE

Scale is eating the most expensive things in your house.

6 to 8 years

Your water heater

Hard water cuts a tank heater from the usual 10 to 12 years down to 6 to 8. A replacement in Arizona runs $1,600 to $2,800.

20 to 30%

Your power bill

Half an inch of scale in the tank means it burns 20 to 30 percent more energy to heat the same water.

5 to 10 years

Your copper pipes

Scale narrows supply lines from the inside. You feel it as pressure loss long before you see a leak.

A new water heater costs about what a whole-home system costs. The system stops you buying the water heater twice.

Most homeowners finance a system for under $100 a month.

THE WARRANTY

We cover it for as long as you own the home.

Parts

The tank, the valve and every major component. Covered.

Labor

If we have to come out and fix it, you do not get a bill.

Service

We service what we sell. You are not calling a national number.

Not one year. Not ten. For as long as the home is yours. Salt and filters are the only things you ever buy.

Free installation. NSF and ANSI certified equipment. Family owned, right here in Phoenix.

QUESTIONS

The stuff homeowners ask.

How hard is Phoenix water, really?

Maricopa County averages 14 to 19 grains per gallon of hardness. Anything over 10 is considered very hard. The national average is around 4. Phoenix is consistently ranked among the hardest water cities in the United States.

How long does installation take?

Most whole-home systems are fully installed in 3 to 4 hours. Reverse osmosis only installs usually take 1 to 2 hours.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Parts and labor for the life of your system, as long as you own your home. That includes the tank, the valve and all major components. Salt and filter replacements are maintenance items and are not covered.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer flexible financing that gets most homeowners into a system for under $100 a month.

Is the free water test really free?

Yes. No credit card, no deposit, no obligation to buy anything.

What does NSF certification mean?

NSF International is an independent organisation that tests and certifies water treatment equipment against strict safety and performance standards. NSF certified means the system actually does what it claims.

Will my water taste salty?

No. A softener swaps the hardness minerals for a small amount of sodium. At Phoenix hardness levels that is a very small amount. If you want none of it at the drinking tap, we pair the softener with a reverse osmosis unit at the kitchen sink.

Do I need to be home for the test?

Yes. We test the water at your own tap, so someone over 18 needs to be there. It is one short visit.

What happens if I sell the house?

The system stays with the house. The lifetime warranty runs for as long as you own the home.

What does it cost to keep running?

Salt and filters. Nothing else. We show you how much your system uses when we do the test.
